The Mauritanian Journalists’ Union today honoured Ambassador Cheikhna Ould Nenni for his efforts, his solidarity with widows and orphans in journalists’ families, and his continued support and assistance.
Ambassador Cheikhna Ould Nenni is one of the leading supporters of the Journalists’ Union programme assisting families of deceased journalists.
The programme began some time ago out of a sense of responsibility towards orphans’ families and in recognition of the obligations of collegiality and fraternity.
The Mauritanian Journalists’ Union will not hesitate to continue supporting and assisting the families of deceased journalists, and expresses its appreciation and sincere thanks to everyone contributing to and supporting these efforts.
