Yesterday, our country’s media, political and intellectual circles lost one of their most prominent figures, the distinguished thinker and politician Mohamed Yahdhih Ould Breideleil. On this painful occasion, the Mauritanian Journalists’ Union offers its warmest condolences and sincere sympathy to the deceased’s family, admirers and companions. It asks Allah, the Most High and Almighty, to encompass him in His boundless mercy, admit him to His spacious Paradise and grant everyone patience and consolation after his passing.
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return.
