With hearts trusting in Allah’s decree and will, the Mauritanian Journalists’ Union has learned of the death of veteran Mohamed Ould Babettah, one of the pioneers and founders of journalism in the country. On this painful occasion, the Union offers its warmest condolences and sincere sympathy to all his family members and to the entire journalistic community. It asks Almighty Allah to encompass him in His boundless mercy, admit him to His spacious Paradise and grant everyone patience and consolation after his passing.
The Union announces the opening of a condolence register at its headquarters behind Hotel Nouakchott.
